I am pleased to introduce you to my first exclusive piece for my winter blush collection. Handmade of boiled wool fabric, this hot pink coat is a work of haute couture. Sleeves and pockets are made from houndstooth fabric. This pattern style gives the coat a distinctive aspect. To maximize movement, the CB has a vent. This winter coat is insulated with lamb wool, a really high quality interlining often used in haute couture coats. The hot pink coat is lined with kasha lining. The lining is shiny on the good side while the reverse side is really soft and warm like flannel.

Wool coats don't have to be washed every time you wear them, but a couple of times every season is good. The fabric should be handled with care to avoid pilling, shrinking, and distortion. Although I recommend dry cleaning, it can also be washed by hand with wool shampoo at home. Another key to cleaning a wool coat is to avoid putting it in the dryer, because this will lead to shrinkage.
