Presenting you the first winter look, made out of melton wool fabric. To add a more bold look, I added sleeve wings. In addition, the leather piping around the angled pocket completes the look in an elegant way. To maximize movement, the center back has a vent. This green coat is insulated with lamb wool, a really high quality interlining often used in haute couture. The coat is fully lined. The lining is shiny on the good side while the reverse is really soft and warm like flannel.

Wool coats don't have to be washed every time you wear them, but a couple of times every winter season is good. The fabric should be handled with care to avoid pilling, shrinking, and distortion. Although I recommend dry cleaning, it can also be washed by hand with wool shampoo at home. Another key to cleaning a wool coat is to avoid putting it in the dryer, because this will lead to shrinkage.
